How do I participate?


To initiate the program, First American will assist in developing promotional materials for distribution into the employee population.

You maintain control and possession of your employee mailing list at all times. The promotional materials will clearly define the program, and will, for those considering a real estate transaction, prompt a call to First American's Affiliated Call Center.

The Call Center provides assistance in the loan qualification process, locks the best loan rates & terms from the 50 participating lenders and makes the referral to the participating Realtor convenient to your employee's geographic location. The specially selected Lenders and Realtors are recognized national leaders in their fields. They will take care of opening escrow and ordering the appraisal, credit report, title insurance and other important closing functions.
